I’m using MATLAB R2019b or later and I cannot see the build, download, connect to target, start/stop, and disconnect real-time code buttons?

I'm getting a “quarc_library” not found error in my Simulink blocks.

I'm getting a "Support for the given board type does not appear to be installed" error

I'm getting "An operating system specific kernel-level driver for the specified card could not be found."

I can't see the output of my Simulink Scope or QUARC Video Capture block.
